The founders of Litigation Investments have many years of experience in investing in high-potential legal claims. A wealth of expertise and experience has been gained in litigation financing, both in Europe and globally. Many -financed - legal claims never receive any publicity or reach court, but are settled instead.
In 2012, an idea arose for the establishment of an international organisation dealing with litigation financing. From 2016, developments have been initiated to carefully build and grow, step-by-step, an organisation that finances litigation, and to make the company name known to the public. ‘Litigation Investments’ was born.
Litigation Investments will take up a unique position in the Netherlands, and in Europe and beyond. The media first covered Litigation Investments in 2017, in relation to the public claim case against the Dutch State Lottery.
